Job description
Our client in Ankeny is hiring motivated individuals to fill their Accounts Payable position! Full-time Monday-Friday $16-$18 depending on experience Cash Application Processor
  • Perform daily job functions as needed to help team meet their service levels and goals
  • Interact with outside suppliers and other internal departments to resolve issues
  • Credit card process
  • ACH process
  • Intercompany process
  • Ability to do uploads and manipulate files to work in the JDE system and to balance with outside sources
  • Reporting
  • Refunds
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED Required; business degree preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access
  • Proven ability to consistently meet both individual and team goals
  • Ability to manage through change
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctuality and dependability
