Job description

Our client in Ankeny is looking to bring on motivated individuals to fill their B2B Collections positions. This is temp to hire position with potential direct hire for the right candidate! This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends and typical 1st shift hours. Availability to work from home 2 days per week once training is complete. Typically after 30 days! In this role you will be corresponding with clients who have existing accounts with this company - NOT working with the general public . Requirements and duties:
  • At least 35 WPM typing.
  • Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assist in collection of past due accounts.
  • Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
  • Escalate disputes as necessary.
