Director of Product Management

Our client in Adel is looking to hire on a Director of Product Management!

Pay: $100,000-$115,000/yr + commission + profit sharing
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, OT as needed
Benefits: Included

Responsibilities:
– Oversee sales team members in the field
– Monitor the market to anticipate new leads
– Sit in on executive leadership meetings
– Manage internal coordination within the company
– Set goals and establish strategies
– Customer relationship management
– Travel as needed

Qualifications:
– Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
– Experience in leadership position
– Experience in construction or related industry
