Electrician

Our client in Constantine, MI is looking to add an electrician to their team! In this job, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring code compliance. Also, diagnose issues, collaborate on projects, and plan installations.

Pay: $26.94 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify issues and diagnose problems, utilizing appropriate tools and testing instruments.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to assess project requirements, offer technical guidance, and provide accurate estimates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Plan and execute electrical installations, including the layout and placement of wiring, outlets, circuits, and other components.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems.
• Valid electrician’s license or certification in accordance with local regulations.
• Proven experience as an Electrician, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
