Our Client in Greenfield, IA is looking to add a field foreman to their team! $32/hourly Responsibilities: - Oversee the individual jobs for activity and accuracy - Organize and oversee work schedule - Ensure project is running efficiently - Conduct performance evaluations - Handle discipline and termination Required Skills: - Thorough understanding of prints, attention to detail, etc... - Verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with computers, mainstream software and technology - Excellent organizational skills *Current Iowa Journeyman Electrical License required *Previous experience in running jobs up to 5,000,000 *Extensive and diversified background with at least 3 years of related experience
