Grounds Maintenance

Our Client in Clive, IA is looking to add a grounds maintenance worker to their team. Responsibilities: - Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Maintain and care for flower beds, shrubs, and trees - Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as walkways and patios - Operate power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks - Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Irrigate lawns and plants as needed - Use hand tools to perform minor repairs and maintenance Skills: - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices - Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in groundskeeping - Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance - Ability to perform basic repairs using hand tools - Experience with lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Please note that this is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for the position of Grounds Maintenance Worker.
