Our client on the North Side of Des Moines is hiring SEVERAL machine operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift! No experience necessary!
1st / $15 – 7am-3pm
2nd / $16 – 3pm-11pm
3rd / $16.50 – 11pm-7am
No background check required!
Must be willing to take a drug test.
Duties:
- Feed the necessary raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
- Complete daily machine check sheets and production recording
- Tend to the machine and product to ensure quality and proper operation
- Ensure quality parts are being produced by making frequent quality checks
- Perform typical machine shop and mold press operations to support the assembly floor
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required
