Mechanical Process / Product Engineer

DIRECT HIRE POSITION Our client in Adel is looking to bring on a Mechanical Process/Product Engineer to their team. Pay: $75,000-$85,000/year Hours: 8am-5pm M-F GREAT benefits + annual AND sales bonuses The right fit for this position would be someone who is a self-starter with passion, ambition and drive. This position is responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve safety, quality, and operating efficiencies. Comfortable working in multiple areas of operational manufacturing including safety, quality, delivery and cost. This person is always responsible for design of new/custom products and evaluating existing products to improve performance, enhance value to customers and reduce costs using continuous improvement tools
