Packaging

Our client on the southside of Des Moines is looking for candidates for their packaging department. Duties:

• Sort, count, and pack frozen egg products according to customer specifications while keeping pace with machinery and the conveyor system.
• Conduct quality checks on the product and packaging using a computerized system.
• Add filling, fold, and inspect the required products.
• Read scales and check case weights according to customer specifications.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Work in teams ensuring that the conveyor system does not back up and become jammed with products.
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST

This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
