Department Supervisor

Our client in Adel, IA is currently seeking a Department Supervisor for a full-time position. This is a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Pay: $73,000 to $76,000 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with occasional Fridays.

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks as assigned and provide positive inputs to set priorities and the ability to make sound decisions while working on tasks in a timely manner
• Must be able to motivate/lead others and deal with ambiguity
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
